PBJ (Peanut Botter & Jelly) is a product in development operated by Pouria Pezeshkian. These terms cover the assistant SMS program and its enrollment form, not the separate early-access and product-update waitlist.

What you are choosing

By entering a mobile number you control, checking the unchecked consent box, and submitting the form, you agree to receive automated PBJ assistant texts when the service is available. They may include task reminders, daily summaries, account notifications, and replies to requests you send to the assistant. Message frequency varies with your activity, preferences, and requests. This consent does not authorize marketing or waitlist-update texts.

Enrollment is not activation

Today the form records your number, consent notice, and signup time. It sends no message and does not verify number ownership, create an account, or guarantee access. Delivery remains disabled until number ownership is verified, you have PBJ access, and messaging-provider setup and the support and opt-out processes are ready. The initial pilot is for US and Canadian numbers.

Your choice and costs

Enrollment is free and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply when texting becomes available; check your mobile plan. You can browse this site or join the email waitlist without consenting to assistant texts. Do not enter someone else’s number.

Stopping texts and getting help

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out of assistant texts or HELP for help. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, but no further assistant messages without renewed consent. These text commands are not active support channels today.

You can withdraw consent or request assistance now by emailing peanutbotterjelly.ops@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify control of your number before changing or disclosing an enrollment record.

Availability and limits

Features and access are still being developed. Texts are not an emergency service, and delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on PBJ for emergencies or time-critical safety notifications.

Privacy and other permissions

Our privacy notice explains how we handle contact details and consent records. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Enrolling does not connect your inbox or calendar or authorize PBJ to act on your behalf; those features require separate choices.
